JA Solar Enters Energy Storage Market With Strategic Partner

According to the agreement, JA Solar and Hyper Strong will carry out comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in the business areas of household energy storage systems, industrial & commercial distributed PV energy storage projects, large-scale overseas PV energy storage projects and construction of overseas electricity trading platforms.

The two parties will set up a joint venture company to take the lead in the R&D, production and sales of household energy storage systems and related power electronic equipment, and explore the development, construction and operation of overseas industrial & commercial, power-side and grid-side energy storage projects.
