- The Ministry of Energy and Minerals, Somaliland now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of hybrid/off-grid solar photovoltaic plants with battery energy storage systems for 28 Education facilities in Maroodi-jeeh and Awdal Regions with 2 years of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Services as per details below.
- The duration of the contract will be 8 months from the Effective Date of the contract.
Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
Bids must be delivered to the address on or before 9:00 Am Hargeisa, Local Time on March 12, 2025.
