  • Ginlong (Solis), a global leader in photovoltaic (PV) inverters, is set to showcase groundbreaking innovations at the upcoming KragDag Expo in Pretoria, South Africa.
  • The expo, renowned for its focus on the agricultural sectorโ€”one of South Africa’s largest industriesโ€”is the ideal platform for Solis to address the nation’s pressing energy challenges.

South African enterprises, particularly in agribusiness, continue to grapple with the repercussions of grid instability, leading to heightened operational costs and reduced productivity. In response, Solis will unveil its latest high-power energy storage inverters designed to mitigate these challenges and bolster operational efficiency.

From August 8th to 10th, visitors attending the Solis exhibition booth, spanning an impressive 288 square meters, will immerse themselves in the future of renewable energy. Partnering with battery technology leader Greenrich, Solis promises an unparalleled showcase of integrated solutions that redefine energy storage capabilities.

“We are excited to collaborate with Greenrich at this year’s KragDag Expo,” said James Frank, South Africa’s Country Manager for Solis. “Together, we aim to empower businesses with sustainable energy solutions that not only enhance productivity but also contribute to a greener future.”

Attendees are invited to visit Solis and Greenrich at stand numbers 131 & 71, open daily from 9:00am to 17:00pm South African Standard Time. The exhibition will take place at Rhenosterfontein 514 JR Gedeelte B, Cullinan, offering an exclusive opportunity to explore cutting-edge technologies shaping the renewable energy landscape.

Green Building Africa promotes the need for net carbon zero buildings and cities in Africa. We are fiercely independent and encourage outlying thinkers to contribute to the #netcarbonzero movement. Climate change is upon us and now is the time to react in a more diverse and broader approach to sustainability in the built environment. We challenge architects, property developers, urban planners, renewable energy professionals and green building specialists. We also challenge the funding houses and regulators and the role they play in facilitating investment into green projects. Lastly, we explore and investigate new technology and real-time data to speed up the journey in realising a net carbon zero environment for our children.
