- Seraphim and ILB Helios Italia have decided to join their forces with the aim to substantially develop the Italian photovoltaic market.
- The two solar module manufacturers are also partners in a manufacturing plant in South Africa.
“We think that Italy is going to regain importance in the PV world arena, and we want to capture this opportunity together with ILB Helios, which is already our partner in the South African module factory” said Jun Zhuge, Head of Seraphim Export activities worldwide.

With a very strong partner like Seraphim we are confident to set the basis for a joint brilliant future” commented Guido Traversa, Seraphim Country Manager for Italy and MD of ILB Helios Italia.
The two companies have also partnered in a module and wafer manufacturing facility in South Africa. The 300 MW production capacity facility is a joint venture between Seraphim, ILB Helios Southern Africa and Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa. No Compromise on Quality
Earlier this year, Seraphim climbed into Bloomberg’s Top 10 Tier 1 ranking making their modules highly bankable. EPC’s and IPP’s operating in South Africa and the rest of the African continent are encourage to place orders with Seraphim in order to support local industry and job creation.
