- The package combines PV modules, liquid cooled storage, AI based scheduling and cloud based energy management for commercial and industrial users.
- JinkoSolar has set out standardised configurations for large warehouse supermarkets and medium sized chain stores to simplify deployment and cut electricity costs.
- The platform has already been deployed at a shopping mall project in Thailand, while Jinko Power has also signed a cooperation deal with SenseTime on green power and intelligent computing projects.
JinkoSolar has launched its Qingtian 365, also marketed internationally as Sunny 365, a smart PV storage solution aimed at retail stores and supermarkets. The company says the offer brings together solar generation, battery storage, intelligent energy management and operations services in a single package.
The system is built around JinkoSolar’s Tiger Neo 3.0 n type TOPCon modules, SunGiga G2 liquid cooled ESS, AI based electricity price forecasting and scheduling algorithms, and the Jinko Cloud platform. Together, these tools are meant to coordinate generation, storage and on site electricity use more efficiently.
JinkoSolar has also introduced standard configurations for different retail formats. For large warehouse supermarkets, the company has proposed a 3.3 MW PV system paired with a 2.088 MWh ESS, while medium sized chain stores are targeted with an 880 kW PV system and a 522 kWh ESS.
The solution is already in use overseas, including at the Robinson shopping mall in Thailand, where JinkoSolar says a 3.16 MW rooftop solar array was installed alongside five liquid cooled storage cabinets with 215 kWh of capacity. In parallel, Jinko Power has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with SenseTime to develop Green Power + Intelligent Computing projects.
