  • System delivers stable, cost-effective power for energy-intensive chemical production, supporting industrial energy optimisation.
  • Demonstrates Jinko ESS’s strategic diversification and growing influence in China’s and the global energy storage markets.

Jinko ESS, the energy storage subsidiary of Jinko Solar Co., Ltd., is making strategic gains in the industrial energy storage sector with the delivery of 15 SunGiga 261kWh liquid-cooling systems in Haining City, Zhejiang Province. With a total capacity of 3.9MWh, the deployment is designed to support power regulation and peak-valley arbitrage across the plant’s production park, ensuring reliable and economical electricity for continuous, energy-intensive operations.

The chemical production industry requires high continuity of power supply and robust operational safety. The SunGiga 261kWh system addresses these demands with multi-level safety architecture and intelligent monitoring from the cell to system level. Its integrated design maximises spatial efficiency and mitigates production load fluctuations through intelligent dispatch, enabling refined energy management while safeguarding operational stability.

“For continuous production industries such as chemicals, reliability and stability are central to effective energy management. This Haining deployment represents a collaborative step with our industrial customer to explore safe and cost-efficient electricity solutions,” said Damon Duan, General Manager of Jinko ESS China. “We remain committed to delivering practical, stable energy storage products that provide tangible, long-term energy benefits across diverse industrial applications.”

The move highlights Jinko ESS’s successful diversification from solar manufacturing into energy storage solutions, reinforcing its growing presence in both the Chinese and global energy storage markets.
