Tanzania’s TANESCO issues EPC tender for 100MW solar project

  • The Government of United Republic of Tanzania has received financing from Agenceย Franรงaise de Dรฉveloppement (“AFD”) toward the cost of Design, Construction andย Installation of a 100 MWp Solar Power Plant.
  • It intends to apply that part of the proceedsย of the financing to cover eligible payment under the contract for Procurement of EPCย contractors for Construction of 100MWp Solar PV Plant Phase II in Shinyanga Region.

The Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited (TANESCO) being the Project Executingย Agency (PEA) now invites Tenders from eligible contractors for Construction of 100MWpย Solar PV Plant Phase II in Shinyanga Region.
