RelyEZ and Veers Group announce strategic joint venture to address South Africa’s energy challenges

  • RelyEZ, a Bloomberg’s Tier 1 provider of innovative energy storage solutions, and Veers Group a trailblazer in the South Africa renewable energy sector, are proud to announce the formation of a strategic joint venture to address South Africa’s pressing energy challenges.
  • The collaboration represents a significant step forward in the quest for sustainable energy solutions and underlines the commitment of both companies to driving positive change in the region.

The joint venture, officially incorporated as RelyEZ South Africa (Pty) Ltd and led by Hashveer Singh CA(SA) with Operations Director Muneeb Gambeno and Finance Director Majdi Galvaan, will focus on leveraging the combined expertise, resources and technologies of RelyEZ and Veers Group to develop and deploy innovative renewable energy solutions across South Africa. By harnessing the power of renewable resources such as solar, wind and hydro, the company aims to address the energy crisis while driving economic growth and environmental sustainability.

RelyEZ South Africa is also committed to fostering local talent development and job creation in the renewable energy sector, thereby contributing to socio-economic growth and empowerment. The company  aims to forge strategic partnerships with government, industry stakeholders and local communities. These collaborations are designed to ensure the success of its initiatives, as well as strengthening sustainability, thereby promoting a robust and lasting impact on South Africa’s energy landscape.
