Since its establishment in 2021, LONGi Hydrogen has achieved over 500 MW of cumulative global orders, with footprints spanning 10 countries and regions. LONGi HyBlock: Transforming Complexity into Efficiency for Large-Scale Hydrogen Projects
LONGi HyBlock is an outdoor modular solution designed for hundred-megawatt to gigawatt-scale green hydrogen facilities. More than an equipment package, it represents a new approach to project design and delivery. Departing from traditional indoor configurations, HyBlock applies value-engineering principles that enable electrolyzer systems to perform reliably under diverse outdoor conditions, while shifting complex system integration from the construction site to the factory. This minimizes on-site workload and simplifies project execution, making large-scale hydrogen projects faster to build, easier to manage, and more cost-efficient.
By combining standardization and prefabrication, HyBlock can deliver up to 35% savings in CAPEX and 40% shorter overall lead time, while significantly reducing uncertainty from decision-making to commissioning. Installation work can be reduced by approximately 65%, with fewer interfaces and higher parallel efficiency—helping customers overcome long-standing barriers in cost, complexity, and time.

Building on LONGi Hydrogen’s extensive expertise in electrolyzer equipment, core technologies, and project implementation, as well as the industry’s proven experience in delivery for large-scale green hydrogen projects, HyBlock is designed to provide cost effective, scalable, and all-climate-adaptable solutions for hundred-megawatt to gigawatt-scale green hydrogen projects. LONGi HySmart is an intelligent O&M platform purpose-built for hydrogen production facilities. It addresses the growing operational complexity of green hydrogen deployment, where system reliability has become a decisive factor for project success.
HySmart integrates real-time monitoring, diagnostic analytics, intelligent control, and AI-assisted optimization. Through digital twins and intelligent algorithms, it maximizes the value of every kilowatt-hour of power and every cubic meter of hydrogen.
The platform tracks more than 30 key safety indicators, reduces inspection time by about 80%, and predicts potential equipment failures up to 72 hours in advance with over 98% accuracy. With AI-assisted diagnostics and expert-mode support, HySmart enables rapid fault identification and closed-loop issue resolution, minimizing unplanned downtime. Its intelligent energy management can further reduce DC power consumption by around 1.2% under typical operating conditions, directly lowering OPEX and LCOH.
Whether integrated into new projects or retrofitted to existing assets, LONGi HySmart enhances operational safety, efficiency, and long-term bankability, ensuring sustainable and reliable performance across the project lifecycle.
