For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing (IPF).
The Government of Malawi through the Ministry of Energy now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for construction of resettlement sites (including houses and schools) and access roads (circa 10km earth/gravel) in Chaswanthaka and Mpindo Villages (in Blantyre District) and Kambalame Village (in Neno District).
