Yasmeera Fabrication, a leading manufacturer of steel products serving Zambia’s construction sector and consumer markets, has strengthened the reliability of its manufacturing operations through the deployment of a GoodWe commercial energy solution.
The installation was designed to meet the company’s growing power requirements and support critical production activities that depend on a stable and dependable electricity supply.
The project incorporates two GoodWe ET 50kW inverters, two GoodWe Static Transfer Switch units and a SEC3000C controller, creating an integrated energy management system capable of supporting demanding industrial applications.
A key feature of the installation is its ability to handle up to 35kW of inductive loads, making it well suited for heavy duty machinery and equipment with high startup current requirements. This capability enables Yasmeera Fabrication to maintain efficient production processes while improving operational resilience.
The GoodWe ET 50kW inverters provide advanced energy management and system performance, while the Static Transfer Switch units help ensure seamless power continuity. The SEC3000C controller delivers centralised monitoring and control, allowing the system to operate efficiently across the facility.

The solution now powers Yasmeera Fabrication’s daily operations, supporting business continuity and enhancing energy reliability across its manufacturing activities. As manufacturers across Africa increasingly seek solutions that can improve productivity and mitigate power related disruptions, advanced energy systems are becoming an important component of industrial competitiveness.
Following a recent site visit, the installation was found to be operating smoothly, with the system already delivering tangible benefits to the client’s operations. The project demonstrates how GoodWe technologies can help industrial businesses strengthen energy security while supporting sustained growth and operational efficiency.
