Eskom recognised as a Top Employer 2025 in South Africa

The 2025 Top Employers have been announced and Eskom has been recognised as a Top Employer in South Africa. This prestigious accolade places us among an elite group of organisations globally acknowledged for their dedication to creating an exceptional workplace, by developing and embedding Human Resources (HR) policies and people practices.

According to payscale, Eskom pays its employees an average of R573,510 a year. Salaries at Eskom range from an average of R176,442 to R1,120,832 a year. Eskom employees with the job title Mechanical Engineer make the most with an average annual salary of R434,867, while employees with the title Electrical Engineer make the least with an average annual salary of R432,526.
