In SPICโ€™s first PV module procurement tenderย for 2024, with an overall capacity of 12.5GW, Astronergy was proud to be their top supplierย for obtaining 1.57GWย capacity. Thanks to the remarkable performance, especially outstanding efficiency, reliability and cost-effectiveness, Astronergyโ€™s n-type TOPConย module products including ASTRO N5 and ASTRO N7, were selected to support the construction of SPICโ€™s solar projects acrossย the country.

In addition, Astronergy also secured 1.4GWย tender for n-type TOPCon modules in the second PV module procurement by CHCย in 2024. This procurement is part of CHCโ€™s 16GW tender, aimingย to accelerate renewable energy adoptionย in China.ย Notably, since 2023, Astronergy has consistentlyย won bids from CHC, achieving a total capacity of over 7GWย so far.

Through the latestย tenders, Astronergy continues to strengthenย itsย partnership with SPICย and CHC. Their trust and recognitionย reflectย Astronergyโ€™s competitive strength in Chinaโ€™s solar PV industry. In the future, Astronergy will work more closely with the twoย corporationsย to support Chinaโ€™s clean energy goals.

Green Building Africa promotes the need for net carbon zero buildings and cities in Africa. We are fiercely independent and encourage outlying thinkers to contribute to the #netcarbonzero movement. Climate change is upon us and now is the time to react in a more diverse and broader approach to sustainability in the built environment. We challenge architects, property developers, urban planners, renewable energy professionals and green building specialists. We also challenge the funding houses and regulators and the role they play in facilitating investment into green projects. Lastly, we explore and investigate new technology and real-time data to speed up the journey in realising a net carbon zero environment for our children.
