Aggreko acquires RenEnergy

  • Aggreko has acquired renewable energy IPP/EPC , RenEnergy.
  • RenEnergy will continue to operate under its own brand.

RenEnergy has a strong record of delivering high-quality renewable energy projects across South Africa and the UK while Aggreko is an energy sector service provider with a global presence. The anticipated synergies between Aggreko and RenEnergy will enable the companies to collectively deliver more comprehensive renewable energy solutions.
