The telecoms company has specified strict technical specifications for the projects in Chitungwiza, Hatfield, Glenview, and the TelOne Centre for Learning.
Bidders are required to submit technical brochures, of all of the following items:
- the solar PV module,
- hybrid inverter and;
- lithium ion battery to be supplied
