Solar and Storage Live Africa successfully concludes, celebrating Solis’s 20th Anniversary

  • Johannesburg South Africa,ย  31st March 2025 Solar and Storage Live Africa held on the 25th โ€“ 27th March 2025, brought together a number of visitors, industry leaders, and enthusiasts for an exciting and successful exhibition.ย 
  • The event, hosted by Terrapin, took place at Nasrec Exhibition Centre, offering a unique platform for product awareness, networking, education, entertainment.

Highlights of the event included:

  • Speaker James Frank took the audience through the distinctive topic of downstream technology advancements and developments in the South African market, commemorating Solis 20th Anniversary and captivating the audience with personal insight of the developing the South African market.
  • The newly released Solarator Product Range was introduced as well as product expansion of the commercial and utility scale inverters.

Product Highlights:

  1. S6-EH3P (12-20) K-H- Ideal for large residential and small commercial photovoltaic (PV) energy storage systems, this product series supports generator integration and parallel operation of multiple inverters.
  2. S6-EH3P (30-50) K-H- This game changing inverter series supports an independent generator port and the parallel operation of multiple units. It features four MPPTs, each with a current input capacity of 40A.
  3. S6-GC3P150K07-NV-ND -Featuring an MPPT current of up to 54A, it is well-suited for all 182/210mm high-power PV modules and supports a DC/AC ratio exceeding 150%, maximizing energy yield.
