GoodWe strengthens information security and service management with new ISO certifications

GoodWe has announced that it has received ISO IEC 27701 2019 and ISO IEC 20000 1 2018 certifications, further strengthening the company commitment to information security data privacy and service quality.

The company had previously achieved ISO IEC 27001 2022 certification for its Information Security Management Systems, a globally recognised standard focused on ensuring the confidentiality integrity and availability of information. Building on this foundation, ISO IEC 27701 2019 extends the framework to privacy information management, providing a structured approach to managing and protecting personally identifiable information and supporting compliance with global privacy regulations. This includes alignment with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation, widely regarded as a benchmark for data protection.

ISO IEC 20000 1 2018 is the international standard for IT service management systems. It defines the requirements for establishing implementing maintaining and continually improving service management processes. The certification demonstrates GoodWe adherence to international best practice in IT service delivery, with an emphasis on standardisation service quality and continuous improvement.

With the addition of these certifications, GoodWe has further enhanced its cybersecurity and data protection framework across its systems digital platforms infrastructure personnel and third party management. This strengthens the company ability to deliver efficient reliable and high quality services to customers across global energy markets.

The ISO IEC 27701 2019 and ISO IEC 20000 1 2018 certifications were obtained in 2025.
