ASP Isotopes acquires 100% of Renergen

  • ASP Isotopes Inc. (ASPI) and Renergen recently published a joint announcement regarding ASPI’s proposed acquisition of 100% of Renergen by ASP via a scheme of arrangement. 

99% of Renergen shareholders voted for the transaction in Sandton yesterday. Renergen will now delist from the JSE, A2X and ASX. Shareholders would receive ASPI shares at a fixed swap ratio of 0.09196 ASPI shares per Renergen share.

Renergen began commercial liquid helium sales in South Africa in March this year. Read more
