Mauritius Issues Two Tenders for a Total of 140MW Solar-Plus-Storage Capacity

One tender is for the Purchase of Electrical Energy from Small Scale Renewable Energy Hybrid Facilities. The CEB intends to accommodate 40 MW +/-10% of Small Scale Renewable Energy Hybrid Facilities from this procurement exercise. The Request for Proposal (RFP) Document can be downloaded, free of charge, from the CEB’s website https://ceb.mu/procurement/tenderA model Energy Supply and Purchase Agreement (ESPA) shall be made available to all bidders within four (4) weeks from the launching of the RFP. Closing date for submissions is 15 June 2022. 

The second tender is for for the Purchase of Electrical Energy from Renewable Energy Hybrid Facilities (Solar PV + Battery Storage). The CEB intends to accommodate 100 MW +/-10% of Renewable Energy Hybrid Facilities from this procurement exercise. The Request for Proposal (RFP) document can be downloaded, free of charge, from the CEB’s website https://ceb.mu/procurement/tenderA model Energy Supply and Purchase Agreement (ESPA) shall be made available to all bidders within four (4) weeks from the launching of the RFP. The tender submission deadline is 22 June 2022.
